Position Overview: Roger Bacon High School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach for Varsity Girls Soccer. The ideal candidate will continue the strong growth of our program while serving as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes. This individual will foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the varsity girl’s soccer program, including planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, and guiding athletes to reach their full potential.

· Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes discipline, respect, and academic accountability.

· Collaborate with school administration, athletic staff, and parents to ensure program success.

· Maintain accurate records of player development, team performance, and season statistics.

· Ensure compliance with all school, league, and Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) regulations.

Qualifications:

· High school or college-level head or assistant coaching experience preferred.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.

· Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Pupil Activity Permit through the Ohio Department of Education.
