Assistant Cross Country Coach

Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School is seeking an Assistant Cross Country Coach to help lead and support our cross-country program. Previous coaching experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, well-rounded, and engaging mentor who will facilitate growth and collaboration both on and off the course. We are looking for someone with a collaborative spirit and a creative approach to helping develop and maintain an efficient, competitive Cross Country program for grades 9-12.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Program Support: Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and executing daily practices, meets, and team strategies.
• Student-Athlete Development: Utilize proven techniques to motivate and develop runners of all skill levels.
• Culture & Values: Demonstrate strong communication, relational, and organizational skills to help maintain a thriving team culture focused on academics, faith, and character development.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the head coach, athletic department, and parents to ensure a positive experience for all student-athletes.
