The Mother of God Family of Parishes in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to support staff and leadership across 3 campus locations. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, developing job descriptions, maintaining employee handbooks, preparing training programs, enforcing human resource policies, supporting supervisors with human resource needs, conflict resolution, and helping form a high-performing workplace culture. This position is part-time, with possible full-time potential.

A bachelor’s degree in human resource management with 5 or more years of directly applicable experience is required. A preference will be given to practicing Catholic applicants.
