Archbishop Alter High School is seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology team. This position provides day-to-day technology support to faculty, staff, and students and plays an important role in ensuring that technology enhances teaching, learning, and school operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and customer-service abilities, and the patience and professionalism necessary to work effectively with users of varying levels of technical experience. Responsibilities include responding to help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting student and staff devices, assisting with account and network access, maintaining technology equipment, and supporting the overall technology needs of the school.

Candidates should be organized, dependable, collaborative, and committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
