Status: Full-Time, 12-Month Position

The Director of Information Technology is Royalmont Academy’s primary technology leader and support resource, responsible for the strategic direction, security, reliability, and day-to-day operation of the Academy’s technology environment.

This is a highly hands-on position. The Director of Information Technology works across the full range of school technology needs—from long-range planning, cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems administration, and budgeting to device deployment, classroom technology, and direct help-desk support for faculty, staff, and students.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing a multi-year technology plan, working with outside vendors, administering school technology systems, troubleshooting a network problem, configuring a laptop, or helping a teacher resolve a classroom technology issue.

In a school of Royalmont’s size, this position requires someone who enjoys both leadership and execution: someone who can see where the Academy needs to go technologically and is also willing to personally do the work necessary to get us there.
