Tuition Manager: full time – St. Veronica Catholic School is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Tuition Manager to oversee all aspects of student accounts, billing, financial aid, and state scholarship administration.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the FACTS Management System (Tuition Management & Grant & Aid Assessment) to handle parent accounts, billing schedules, and financial aid workflows. Experience in managing the EdChoice Scholarship and the Jon Peterson Special Needs (JPSN) Scholarship is preferred. This role serves as the primary liaison between families, state educational agencies, parish business office and school administration regarding tuition and financial aid. Candidates must complete SafeParish requirements prior to starting the position.
