Grades K-8: Principal/Full-Time:  St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Elementary School, located in West Dayton, Ohio seeks a faith-inspired, innovative, and motivated principal to join the school (beginning on July 1, 2024). St. Benedict the Moor is a Catholic community united in Faith, Hope and Love and dedicated to the love of God and neighbor. Our parish is a vibrant multi-cultural community of believers evangelizing the world as we evangelize our neighborhood.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for utilizing the Catholic school as a tool for evangelization and is committed to serving families within the inter-city community. The candidate should be a highly effective communicator, problem solver and relationship builder who is enthusiastic about addressing the challenges of providing access to Catholic education for all.  The ideal candidate will be a key collaborator in developing and initiating a clear strategic vision for the school.  Competitive negotiable salary based upon qualifications and experience. Qualifications:

• Must be a practicing Catholic.
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree, preferably in Educational Administration and/or Educational Leadership. A minimum of three years of administrative experience within an inter-city setting is preferred.
