Are you passionate about early childhood education?  Do you love nurturing young minds and helping them grow?  If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Sunshine Preschool and PreK is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic aides to join our team.

**Job Description**
– Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
– Support classroom management and ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
– Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
– Help with daily routines such as meals, naptime, and outdoor play.
– Encourage creativity, socialization, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

**Qualifications**
– High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in early childhood education a plus.
– Experience working with young children preferred.
– Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
