Facilities Manager/Part-Time or Full-Time: St. Clement is seeking a dedicated, experienced Facility Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and safety of our campus.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who values teamwork and service in a Catholic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the School & Church preventative maintenance plans.
– Serve as the primary contact for outside contractors, repair projects, and renovations.
– Advise on risk management and safety policies.
– Ensure compliance with local ordinances, insurance, and safety requirements.
– Manage inventory of custodial supplies and proper storage of onsite tool supply.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management.
– Strong knowledge of building systems and custodial services.
– Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and operate mechanical equipment.
– Proactive with identifying and fixing building maintenance repairs.
– Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team member.
