There are currently no Masses celebrated on Sundays in the prisons, they happen either on Monday or Thursday. It is by special permission of the Archbishop of Cincinnati, for the pastoral good of the incarcerated, that the Archdiocese Prison Ministry is allowed to celebrate the Sunday liturgy on a day other than Sunday and likewise to transfer the observance of Holy Days to the nearest day that we have a time slot in the chapel for Mass.Would your pastor or a parochial vicar like to lead this pilgrimage of mercy and offer Mass for this day for the community in the prison and your group?
