There are currently no Masses celebrated on Sundays in the prisons, they happen either on Monday or Thursday. It is by special permission of the Archbishop of Cincinnati for the pastoral good of the incarcerated that the Archdiocese Prison Ministry is able to celebrate the Sunday liturgy and transfer the observance of Holy Days of obligation to the nearest day that we have a time slot in the chapel for Mass.
