DYINg, DEATH, and BEYOND: A CATHOLIC RESPONSE
March 14-16, 2024
Gate of Heaven Cemetery (Cincinnati)
University of Dayton
Sponsored by the Offices of the Diaconate, Respect Life Ministry, and Divine Worship & Sacraments, with Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Join fellow parish bereavement ministers, priests, deacons, cemetery chaplains, and all who serve grieving families for a workshop of continuing formation. Fr. Stephen Wilbricht, CSC will lead us in reflection upon our baptismal call to accompany the bereaved. In addition, this workshop will provide opportunities for continuing education on celebrating the funeral liturgy well, helping parishioners pre-plan their funeral liturgies, make end of life decisions, and more!
The same content will be offered in both Dayton and Cincinnati with options for evening and weekend to accommodate as many bereavement ministers as possible. Join us in Dayton all day on Friday OR in Cincinnati on Thursday evening and Saturday morning.
