DESCRIPTION:Audience: Teachers\, Building Administrators\, Curriculum Directors\, Staff Who Support Intervention\, Teacher Leaders\, Non-Public Schools\, Intervention Specialists \nImportant Session Information: \n\nExplore the multiple aspects of place value that lead to long lasting success.\nDevelop a deeper knowledge of the beginning stages of addition and subtraction.\nDiscuss mathematical fluency and best practices for supporting growth to fluency.\n\nThis professional learning series is designed to empower all educators and related providers in schools with a deep understanding of the foundations of early numeracy\, fostering mathematical success for every student. The emphasis will be on the understanding needed to master essential skills in early numeracy\, such as counting\, place value\, addition\, subtraction\, as well as mathematical fluency.
