DESCRIPTION:Data Leadership meetings in three locations will be held to help strengthen your implementation and support you as leaders. These meetings will be supported by our Dedicated Professional Learning Specialist\, Trish Donaldson\, and hosted by our Archdiocese Schools\, where our leaders host the space\, and we do the rest.  Leaders will receive resources during each session they can use with teachers to lead data team meetings utilizing their i-Ready data. Each session provides leaders the opportunity to reflect while looking at their actionable next steps in leading their i-Ready implementations. \nSuccessful i-Ready implementations begin with organized\, engaged\, and reflective leadership. This year’s leadership opportunities include amazing benefits provided through a unique partnership between the Archdiocese of Cincinnati\, Catholic Schools Office and Curriculum Associates. SUMMARY:English Learners - SIOP Training - Cincinnati Cohort 2
DESCRIPTION:These sessions are designed to provide instructional resources and support that can be immediately implemented by the classroom teacher. This includes simple examples and ideas for instructional support grounded in research and includes effective instructional strategies such as differentiation\, grouping and pacing. Participants will learn about the SIOP Model\, a teaching framework for English learners\, including over 25+ years of sustained research and development studies. Teachers who participate in this professional learning opportunity will be included in a cohort of colleagues in which they can collaborate and share ideas throughout the school year. Cohorts will be limited to the first 30 teachers to register!
