DESCRIPTION:Session Details \nLooking for Jr High Math teachers~ to join Math CLT \nAs a follow up from the Jr High Math teacher collaboration I had this month\, I have a group of 20+ teachers who want to begin to meet monthly with the following goals: \n\nBetter understand how different schools structure their math pathways and why.\nExplore ways to accelerate learning opportunities for our math students.\nIdentify what supports elementary schools may need to better prepare students for high school.\nCollaborate on instructional practices\, textbooks and resources and teaching strategies highly effective for instruction on mathematical practices.\nCollaborate towards building pacing guides\, formative and summative common assessments. Etc.\n\nWe will be meeting from 9:00-2:30pm as a team 6 times throughout the year. \nNov 19th                Dec 17th               Jan 22nd                   Feb 25th                     Mar 26th             May 12th \nMeetings will be held at HCESC ~ Hamilton County Educational Services Center \nAll materials\, lunches\, cost of substitutes and CEU’s will be paid for. DESCRIPTION:November 20th details: \nSession Details \nWe are looking for teachers in grades 4-8 who would like to join our Science and Social Studies Curriculum Leadership Team in grades 4-8. Our group of teachers began meeting monthly last school year and they are excited to grow the group and add more members to the team. \nWe are looking for additional teachers in grades 4-8 who are passionate about teaching\, learning\, growing\, and collaborating! These teams meet with a goal of collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and resources\, create grade level units\, activities and common assessments based on the standards in the Social Studies and Science Graded Course of Studies. \nCurriculum Leadership Teams will meet 6 times this year from 9:00am-2:30pm at HCESC ~ Hamilton County Educational Services Center. All materials\, lunches\, cost of substitutes and CEU’s will be paid for. Sub reimbursement is available if needed.  \n Limited to the first 30 teachers to register!!
