DESCRIPTION:Audience:  Crisis Response Teams\, Threat Assessment Teams\, Administrators\, Counselors\, SRO’s\n\nUnderstand and explore the main components to an effective crisis response protocol.\nIdentify areas to strengthen both the school building plan and emotional and psychological needs of all involved.\nPractice decision making skills and response strategies within small group scenario conversation.\n\nImportant Session Information:\n \n\nJoin us for the morning to explore the application and practice of a well planned and clearly communicated crisis response plan. We will spend time reviewing the critical components of a sound crisis response plan: activation\, assessment\, support implementation\, and follow-up. We will also have time to explore skills through decision-making and communication scenario-based discussions.
