DESCRIPTION:Holders of the alternative administrative specialist who are looking to complete the requirements of year 3 and 4 for their licensure. \nImportant Session Information:\n\n\nCultivate and demonstrate adaptive leadership practices that promote a shared vision\, foster a culture of collaboration\, and drive continuous improvement.\nEngage in and facilitate ongoing job-embedded professional learning that leverages data-driven decision making and reflective practice.\nDesign\, refine\, and implement systems that identify\, develop\, and empower staff through coaching\, mentorship\, and distributive leadership models to build organizational capacity.\n\nThe HCESC Alternative Licensure Program for Administrative Specialists Years 3 and 4 aims to provide structured professional development for candidates in Years 3 and 4 of their licensure journey. This initiative ensures that participants meet the necessary competency and leadership standards through targeted learning experiences. In addition\, candidates will be required to participate in a structured mentoring program in conjunction with their district or employer. \n\nThis program is for administrators who have completed years 1 and 2 for their alternative administrative specialist licensure and want to complete years 3 and 4 of the program as required. \nRegister
