SUMMARY:Day of Prayer and Healing After Abortion: Dayton Area
DESCRIPTION:Have you or someone you know suffered from the loss of a child to abortion? We invite any woman who has experienced this loss to join us for a one-day retreat on Saturday August 8th. This event offers women a safe and confidential space to share their experiences\, reflect on their past\, and offer their futures to Christ who makes all things new. A trained priest\, counselor\, and volunteer who has experienced healing after abortion will be present to accompany participants. The exact location and details will be shared after completing the registration process. SUMMARY:Volunteers Need for Cemetery of the Innocents
DESCRIPTION:The Cemetery of the Innocents is composed of thousands of white crosses serving as a physical representation of the thousands of babies who die each day from abortion in the United States. It is installed in front of parishes\, schools and other locations around Greater Cincinnati as an invaluable tool for education and awareness. \nFrom time to time\, volunteers are asked to inspect and repair the crosses before they are deployed to new locations. \nThis August 8th between 8:30 am and 11:30 am we will gather at Saint Columban Parish 894 Oakland Road Loveland\, Ohio 45140 (behind the school) to service and wash the crosses of the Cemetery of the Innocents. \nPlease\, if you can spare a few hours to help\, it would be greatly appreciated. (Water and snacks provided; bring a lawn chair.) \nMany hands make light work.
