The theme for this year’s conference is: Be the Catalyst for Change:  Develop Future STEM Talent. Once again\, the Tri-State STEM+ Conference will be hosted by the University of Cincinnati Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative and Northern Kentucky University CINSAM together in partnership. \nThe conference opens with the announcement of 4 STEM Leadership award winners followed by a panel on preparing a STEM+ workforce. Three types of sessions are offered: STEM + Instructional Programs and Strategies (IPS) and Interactive Workshops (IW) and also a Sharathon. At the Sharathon session room\, presenters share a quick 5-10 minute pitch about a particular lesson or project.
