St. Francis Seraph School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered 5th grade teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. We are a faith-based school community committed to strong academics, meaningful relationships, and supporting the growth of every student. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching at the intermediate grade level and committed to meeting the needs of all learners. The 5th grade teacher will plan and deliver engaging instruction aligned to curriculum standards, while differentiating to meet a range of learning needs, including students requiring intervention. The teacher will build a positive and respectful classroom culture, develop strong relationships with students and families, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and support the school’s mission and values in daily interactions. The ideal candidate holds (or is working toward) a valid teaching license and has experience in elementary or intermediate grades. They demonstrate strong classroom management and instructional skills, the ability to support diverse learners, and possess strong collaboration and communication skills.
