A full time or part time cooking position (includes every other weekend). Usual times: 8:30-4:30.
Assistant cook for seventeen Franciscan Friars. Responsible for providing two meals a day, a brunch on Sundays and a weekly breakfast. Flexible schedule. Full benefits for full time. Includes some shopping, menu planning, setup and cleaning. Food service coordinator and assistant (responsible for setting tables and cleaning) are in place.
Compensation commensurate with training and experience, including incentive pay for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
