The University of Dayton is seeking an Assistant Director of Liturgy for Liturgical and Pastoral Music.

Collaboratively advances a holistic vision for liturgical music as an integral part of the Liturgy Team in Campus Ministry. Directs the Undergraduate Music Ministry Program, a comprehensive formation program for student music ministers. Cultivates an appreciation for musical prayer and ensures leadership for music ministry at campus liturgies. Practices a collaborative style of ministerial leadership, evangelization and relationship development to recruit, develop and direct volunteer musicians, lead assembly music, select liturgical music from a variety of cultural and musical styles, and provide catechetical and spiritual formation for student choir directors, music ministers, and assemblies.

Full-time 10.5 months, 50% summer, with full benefits. Start date negotiable for summer/fall ‘24.
