Grades K-8: Assistant Principal/Full-Time: Immaculate Heart of Mary School, a Catholic school committed to academic excellence and faith formation, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Principal.  The ideal candidate will support the Principal in overseeing daily operations, academic programs, and fostering a positive, Christ-centered environment for students, staff, and families.  This individual will be responsible for assisting with curriculum development, implementing school policies, managing student discipline, and ensuring a strong Catholic identity is maintained throughout the school.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Jon Peterson and EdChoice scholarship programs, Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and assessment practices.  A deep commitment to Catholic values, leadership experience in education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and parents are essential.  Additional information regarding the job description can be found here.
