Assistant Principal/Full-Time: St. Susanna Parish School in Mason, Ohio is seeking an assistant principal for the 2023-2024 school year.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience, possess or be able to obtain administrative licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, be eager to develop the faith life of students/staff, and possess a sound knowledge of K-8 instructional practices and curriculum.
Primary responsibilities will include:
– Guiding school academic programs
– Observing staff
– Leading staff professional development initiatives
– Managing testing programs utilized by the school
– Interpreting student data
– Working with staff to design/implement data driven instruction, that not only meets but exceeds rigorous standards
– Monitoring accreditation goals
– Ensuring licensure requirements of staff are fulfilled
– Coordinating textbook and curricular programming adoptions
– Promoting St. Susanna Parish Schools mission & beliefs
