The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Associate Director for Leadership Formation to direct leadership formation processes, training, and events for parish leaders: pastors, parochial vicars, deacons, lay ecclesial ministers, pastoral and finance council members, and others. This person acts as a liaison with offices that offer related leadership and services, particularly the Office for Priestly Formation and Office for the Diaconate.
