The Archdiocese is seeking a knowledgeable and mission-driven Benefits Manager to lead the administration and strategic oversight of its employee benefits programs. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefit offerings that support the well-being of employees while ensuring alignment with the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church.

The Benefits Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support in the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefit programs. This role ensures all benefit plans are administered in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations while identifying opportunities to enhance programs, improve efficiencies, and deliver exceptional service to employees.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a faith-based environment.
