Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is seeking a mission-driven Development Manager to help sustain and grow a historic Catholic retreat center dedicated to spiritual renewal, Eucharistic Adoration, and faith formation. The ideal candidate will be a creative and joyful Catholic professional who understands fundraising as an expression of Christian stewardship and who can clearly communicate the mission and impact of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center to supporters.

This is more than a fundraising role. It is an opportunity to help protect and strengthen a sacred space so that it may serve the Church for generations to come.
