Director of Admissions and Communications/Full-Time: Immaculate Heart of Mary School is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Admissions and Communications to provide vital administrative support to the Principal while ensuring efficient office operations. This key role serves as the central point of contact for internal and external communications and is essential in supporting the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students.

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the hub of communication for the school, facilitating smooth information flow and coordinating various school activities.
– Manage student admissions and oversee the maintenance of all school records, including confidential office files.
-Develop and execute marketing strategies, including advertising, public relations, and the use of electronic and emerging media to promote the school.
– Coordinate the recruitment and enrollment processes for new students, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families.
– Serve as the auxiliary clerk and liaison with the Forest Hills School District, overseeing the procurement of funds and managing the purchasing and inventory of services and assets funded through auxiliary resources.

Desired Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administrative support, communications, or marketing within an educational setting.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
– Budget and or Prior Auxiliary Funds Experience Highly Preferred
– Experience with student recruitment and enrollment processes is preferred.
