McNicholas High School is currently looking for a Director of Curriculum. This position provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the academic curriculum at McNicholas High School. This role ensures that curriculum and instruction align with the school’s mission, academic standards, and college-preparatory goals while promoting excellence in teaching and learning. The Director partners with faculty and administration to foster innovation, assess student outcomes, and enhance academic programs across all disciplines. The Director of Curriculum is expected to uphold and model the school’s Catholic identity. They are to work to broaden understanding of his/her field and maintain professional development goals. The Director of Curriculum encourages positive relationships and communication between students and contributes to a wider atmosphere of Christian respect throughout the school.
