Grades 9-12: Director of Enrollment Management/Full-Time: Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as the Director of Enrollment Management.  This pivotal role will lead our efforts to attract and retain a diverse student body while fostering a strong sense of community and commitment to our mission.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enrollment landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for promoting the values of Mount Notre Dame and the importance of an all-girls, Catholic education.  This role also provides leadership and expertise to achieve the fullest attainment of the mission and vision while continuing the charism of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Enrollment Management is a direct report to the President.  The Director builds and leads the comprehensive strategy for recruiting prospective students, partners with the school’s marketing/communications staff to effectively promote MND’s value proposition to prospective families and oversee all activities that support recruitment.  The Director is responsible for creating the atmosphere and overseeing activities that build enrollment, strengthen retention and promote a long-term positive image of the school.
This is a full-time, 12 month, in-office position.  Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, admission, and retention processes for students in grades 9-12.  The Director will also oversee MND’s merit scholarship programs and Ohio EdChoice scholarships, as well as summer programs.  Additionally, this role is a key member in partnership with the school’s Advancement Team – encompassing Admissions, Marketing/Communication, Development, and Alumnae Relations.
