Chaminade Julienne is seeking a director of mission integration. The director of mission integration reports to the president of Chaminade Julienne and serves as the primary advisor to the president and school leadership team in stewarding and extending the mission of the school as a Catholic, Marianist, and Notre Dame ministry. The director is responsible to work collaboratively with school leadership, Trustees, teachers, staff members, and middle school and high school students to lead discussions, assessments, and action plans concerning mission alignment among all key stakeholders. This includes a particular focus on the orientation and on-going formation of teachers, staff members, coaches, and other adults serving students as ministers of the school’s Catholic identity and Marianist and Notre Dame charisms. The director of mission integration administers the school’s campus ministry efforts, assuring the quality and impact of the school’s liturgical celebrations and student service activities, retreats, and community activities.
