The Diocese of Covington’s Catholic Charities is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager, whose role it will be to strengthen donor relationships and support fundraising efforts through stewardship, donor engagement, event coordination, and data management. This role supervises the Donor Engagement Specialist and collaborates closely with the Communications & Marketing Specialist to ensure donor‑focused messaging and effective appeal support. Other key responsibilities will include annual giving and fundraising operations; events and community engagement; and donor database and reporting. Qualified candidates will have a degree and at least three years of development experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Catholic environment.
