Subject(s) / Additional Information: St. Ignatius Loyola School is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven leader to serve as Assistant Principal for Kindergarten through Grade 3, with a focus on academic data systems. This role partners with school leadership to strengthen early learning, support instructional excellence, and promote the spiritual and academic growth of every student.

Key Responsibilities:

Help support K–3 instruction, teacher support, and evaluation
Oversee collection, analysis, and communication of student achievement data (MAP and other assessments)
Help coordinate academic interventions, tutoring, and Reading Improvement & Monitoring Plans (RIMPs)
Help support curriculum development, professional growth, and a faith-filled school culture
Manage primary-grade discipline with restorative, developmentally appropriate practices

Qualifications:

Master’s in Education or Educational Leadership
Ohio teaching license; Principal licensure (or eligibility) required
3+ years administrative experience and prior teaching experience
Strong instructional knowledge, data literacy, and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education and Catholic formation

Candidates must have fingerprints, a background check, and be SafeParish current with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati prior to starting
