Grades 6-8: ELA Teacher/Full-Time: Mother Brunner Catholic School has been teaching children for 70 years. As part of a vibrant parish, Mother Brunner School is a shiny example of how the school serves its parish and the surrounding community.

Our school is currently searching for a full-time 6th – 8th grade Language Arts teacher starting with the 2023-24 school year. The chosen language arts teacher must:

• Instruct according to the Ohio Learning Standards and Archdiocese Graded Course of Study.
• Possess excellent communication skills with parents, staff, and students.
• Instill a love for learning within each student.
• Use research-based instructional best practices with lesson plans that are engaging and relevant along with excellent classroom management skills.
• Create lesson plans that meet the needs of all students to reach their highest potential.
• Work well with other colleagues and faculty.
• Willingness to take on additional projects to help enhance the student’s educational experience.
• Incorporate technology into their teaching.

Mother Brunner is searching for a language arts teacher who has a valid Ohio teaching license in 6-8th grade. Certification in Language Arts preferred. Candidates must pass a background check and complete a child protection process prior to starting. Chosen teacher must be willing to uphold schools’ mission and vision.
