Your Responsibilities as the Head Football Coach, you will:
– Facilitate growth and collaboration on and off the field.
– Develop and maintain a competitive and efficient football program for grades 9-12.
– Foster a culture focused on academics, faith, character, and athletic excellence.
– Promote team dynamics and chemistry while supporting athlete’s personal development.

Your Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be:

– Experienced, with head coaching experience preferred
– A strong communicator with excellent relational and organizational skills.
– Creative and innovative, with proven techniques for program development.
