The Mother of God family of parishes in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a qualified, forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to support strategic initiatives in its 3 campus locations.  Key responsibilities include employee recruiting and onboarding, developing and implementing compensation plans, maintaining employee handbooks, preparing training programs, enforcing human resource policies, supporting supervisors with human resource needs, conflict resolution, and helping form a high-performing workplace culture. This full-time position includes a generous medical benefit package, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. A bachelor’s degree in human resource management with 3 or more years of directly applicable experience is required. A preference will be given to practicing Catholic applicants.
