Instructional Aide/Part-Time (5 hours per day, Monday through Friday)

Cardinal Pacelli School is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Aide to assist teachers in supporting student learning and to help monitor students out on recess. The ideal candidate will be caring, dependable, and committed to creating a positive and safe environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and provide support to individual students or small groups
• Help maintain an organized and positive classroom atmosphere
• Supervise and engage with students during recess
• Promote respectful behavior and ensure student safety at all times
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the school’s mission and daily operations

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with staff
• Supportive of the mission and values of Cardinal Pacelli School and the Catholic Church

Hours: 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (during the school day)
