Grades K-8: Intervention Specialist/Part-Time:  John Paul II Catholic School is seeking an Intervention Specialist for 3 days per week.  The candidate should be energetic, innovative, nurturing, and team-oriented.  The ability to create a student-centered classroom through data driven decisions, differentiated instruction, and high expectations are vital for all students to learn. The Intervention Specialist must be able to collaborate with parents, service providers, classroom teachers, and other specialists in the team to develop objectives, measurable goals, design instruction that promotes student growth, and support learning in the classroom.  The candidate must be organized, knowledgeable in Special Education policies and regulations, and maintain a positive rapport with students and parents.  The candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of student records and school business.  Candidates must have a valid Ohio teaching license.  Candidates must have fingerprints, background check, and be SafeParish current with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati prior to starting the position.
