Grades 9-12: Intervention Specialist/Full-Time: Roger Bacon High School, a Catholic co-educational high school rooted in the Franciscan tradition, is seeking a dedicated and qualified full-time Intervention Specialist to join our team for the upcoming school year. Our mission is to nurture the hearts, minds, and bodies of our students in a caring, academically challenging environment.

Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certificate/License to serve students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the public school district in the development and implementation of Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Design and implement effective, differentiated lesson plans tailored to student needs.
• Utilize an inclusionary model by partnering with general education teachers to support students within the classroom.
• Assist with classroom intervention strategies and modify general education curriculum as appropriate.
• Support students in completing regular classroom assignments and activities.
• Maintain consistent communication and work collaboratively with parents to support student success.
