Lead Montessori Teacher/Full-Time: St. Boniface School is seeking dynamic and thoughtful Montessorians who want to continue to build a Montessori program at our school.  Individuals will be joining our Pre-primary team and work alongside another lead teacher in our fully resourced, combined classrooms.  The team has a Director, Lead Teacher and three assistant teachers.  We have been thrilled with the normalization of our students and the classroom environment in such a short time and excited to continue to build the program from its strong foundation.
We are looking for individuals who:
– Are committed to the education of young children and dedicated to the Montessori philosophy
– Can create environments that help our students meet their full potential and encourages a love of learning
– Foster independence and curiosity in children and allow students freedom
– Have keen observation skills to guide students to appropriate activities that meet their interests and learning needs
– Model kindness and respect for others
– Communicate with parents in a professional manner
– Maintain confidentiality of records, parent/child matters, and school business

Must have appropriate Montessori credentials
