The Maintenance 1 will work in a float pool environment assigned to a campus and traveling between campuses as needed. Maintenance 1 personnel will answer directly to a Facilities Site Manager.
EXPECTATIONS
- Answers to the Facilities Site Manager
- Five-day work week {40} 8 hr. Days with some variable and flexible hours, some evenings, weekends
- Travel between campuses is expected.
- Full time Daily Hours Expected 7:30 – 4:30
- Part Time schedule to be determined with the director of Facilities operations.
- On site except for Campus Business
- Ability to Maintain confidentially.
- Ability to comply with all Specs, Best Practices, Operating Procedures implemented.
- Ability to Learn and Use all technology equipment and software provide.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people.
- Ability to present oneself professionally.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible.
- Ability to lift to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work in all climates.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & REGULAR ACTIVITIES
- Ensures adherence to rules and guidelines set forth by the Pastor, Family Leadership Team, and The Director of Facilities Operations
- Ensures compliance of all, Federal, State, and Local, laws and ordinances, and regulations that pertain to safe and compliant campus operations.
- Ensures the campus is maintained in a clean, safe and secure manner.
- Makes both interior and exterior repairs as directed.
- Performs Repairs, Maintenance, and Cleaning as directed.
- Maintains a good working repour with School and Parish Staff
- Will be responsible for the exterior appearance of assigned campus; this includes mowing and trimming.
Maintains a good working repour with all Family Ministries
