Music Program Director (2026–2027 School Year)

We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and visionary educator to join the Fenwick family. This is a unique opportunity for you to lead and grow a comprehensive music program with a proud tradition of excellence while supporting Fenwick’s mission of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and whole-person development.

In this role, you’ll provide leadership for instrumental and choral music programs, teach engaging music courses, direct student performances, and coordinate music for school liturgies and other community events. If you’re excited about developing student musicians, building participation, strengthening school traditions, and creating meaningful connections between the arts and the broader life of the school, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on generations of Fenwick students.

You must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in music education, music, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience directing instrumental and/or vocal ensembles. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for music education, a commitment to student-centered learning, and the ability to inspire students of varying skill levels.
