Job Summary: Strategically engage with Church leaders to represent the current needs of NET Ministries. Actively recruit young adults on college campuses and through regional young adult events and conferences. Develop and promote NET Ministries and YDisciple by attending events to recruit missionaries and promote YDisciple. This position includes regular travel of 1-4 hours, evening/weekend events up to 2 nights per week, and extended recruiting trips. Create local outreach events to engage alumni throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically engage and build relationships with catechetical leaders, youth ministers, high school campus ministers, and college campus ministers, for YDisciple and recruiting
  • Actively recruit young adults as prospective candidates to serve on a NET team throughout the Eastern Region
  • Guide recruiting candidates through the inquire/interest phase and into the application and interview process in collaboration with recruiting staff
  • Strategic Event Coordination and Outreach for YDisciple, recruiting, and alumni engagement
  • Assist in the sale and promotion of YDisciple
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and in conjunction with the Regional Office

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Active, practicing Catholic. Outgoing, friendly, confident demeanor. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Organized with a high level of attention to detail and ability to execute a vision. Motivated, self-starter who is driven and has the ability to thrive in a team atmosphere. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Passionately committed to the mission of NET Ministries. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, Experience using database software, particularly Raiser’s Edge. Experience serving on a NET team.
