The Office Manager provides a variety of administrative duties supporting parish operations.  Below is a summary of duties:

  • organizing and managing operations of the Parish Office
  • maintain parish calendar, including scheduling events and meetings
  • order, organize and distribute office supplies; maintain office equipment
  • assist weekly bulletin production
  • friendly impression by phone and in person

Candidates need to be proficient working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as database and website applications.  Candidates must have basic knowledge of how the parish operates and be able to grasp quickly how the parish office function
