Part time ESOL Instructor (7-15 hours, am/ eve) $23/hour
 
The Workforce ESOL Part-Time Teacher is responsible for facilitating student learning and continuously developing instructional strategies that meet the needs of adult learners, employers, and the community while promoting student success and self-sufficiency. This role supports Catholic Charities’ mission by providing high-quality, student-centered English language instruction aligned with workforce outcomes
Teachers can choose from morning or evening classes with some options on location for Fall session.
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in ESOL or related fields; TESOL certification; master’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience teaching adult ESOL.
  3. Experience with workforce or contextualized instruction.
  4. Proficiency with LMS (Canvas preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong communication and ability to work with diverse populations.
