St. Ignatius is seeking an energetic, nurturing, and team-oriented professional to serve as a Part-Time Teacher Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. This individual will work closely with classroom teachers and staff to support students academically, socially, and emotionally in a student-centered learning environment.

The ideal candidate has a genuine love for working with children and is committed to helping students grow and thrive. We are looking for someone who collaborates well with peers, communicates effectively, and contributes positively to our faith-filled school community.

Position Details:

Four full days per week
Approximately 28 hours per week

Demonstrated ability to work well with students and support their individual needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
