Preschool Director/Full-Time: St. Helen and Immaculate Conception are looking for a full-time Preschool Director.

Duties Include:
– Hiring and training staff and teachers
– Organizing professional development activities
– Developing policies and procedures that meet state requirements and communicating them to staff and teachers
– Managing and preparing budget
– Communicate with parents
– Ensures compliance to licensing/SUTQ

Qualifications:
– Minimum Level 3 in the Ohio Professional Registry (OPR)
– Familiar with Ohio’s Step Up to Quality Program
– Candidates will need to complete SafeParish Training, a background check and fingerprinting prior to the start of working
