Villa Madonna Academy in Villa Hills, Ky., seeks a visionary, collaborative, mission-driven leader to serve as its next High School/Jr. High Principal.

The High School/Jr. High Principal sets the academic vision and goals for grades 7-12; fosters a climate of well-being and engagement; and champions a creative and visionary future for the school. Key responsibilities include: developing curriculum and ensuring accreditation; recruiting, supporting, and managing highly-qualified faculty and staff for grades 7-12; working collaboratively with VMA’s administrative team; and helping develop and implement a long-term strategic plan consistent with VMA’s mission and vision.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will:

• be a practicing Catholic committed to high-quality Catholic education.

• model Benedictine values, and foster the same in students, faculty, and staff.

• hold an advanced degree and high school principal certification.

• demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• be enthusiastic about cultivating a welcoming and mission-driven school community.
