Royalmont Academy is seeking a mission-driven Athletic Director who will also serve as a part-time high school teacher in a unique dual-role position. This leader will oversee and grow a vibrant K–12 athletic program—managing coaches, scheduling, compliance, and game-day operations—while fostering a culture of sportsmanship, virtue, and teamwork aligned with our Catholic mission. In addition, the candidate will teach 2–3 high school courses—potentially in Literature, Leadership, Health, or Physical Education—contributing to the integral formation of our students. This role is ideal for a dynamic, relational leader who is energized by both athletics and the classroom and is eager to build a strong, unified culture across academics and extracurriculars.
