Student Success Coach
Mercy McAuley High School seeks a compassionate, mission-driven Student Success Coach to support the academic, social-emotional, and personal development of our students. This position is designed to expand student support services, with a particular focus on fostering belonging, connection, and success for students of color.

The Student Success Coach will serve as a trusted, student-facing presence, providing mentorship, social-emotional support, and culturally responsive guidance. This role is a key investment in ensuring that every young woman feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Position Details
• Full-time, 10-month position aligned with the academic calendar
• Start date: 2026–2027 school year (no later than August 1, 2026)
